NOTE:  According to the American Pediatric Association Nutrition Guide.  Children should have only breastmilk or infant formula for the the first year (12 months) of the child's life. Commercial baby foods appropriate to their age are introduced from 9-12 months depending on their development. Yogurt and Cheese can be introduced from 9-12 months ONLY if there is no family history of allergies.  If there is a family history of allergies you should refrain from feeding yogurt or cheese until after 12 months. Always consult with your Doctor before introducing any new foods in the first 12 months.  Do not feed your child under 12 months honey due to botulism toxins that may be present.  Always consult with your Pediatrician first.
