Shopping with two or three babies!
Moms today are fortunate.  They have the internet!  They no longer have to leave their home to shop for anything.  They can go online 24 hours a day, and order everything right from the comfort of their home.  For those that are not able to go online; food shopping or shopping with little ones is all about timing.

The ideal scenario is to find a sitter while the twins or triplets nap. Then run your errands.  Better yet, if you can ask a family member to come over and help while you take care of your grocery shopping.  Some grocery stores will get everything together for you if you let them know in advance.  Some stores will take the order online and deliver them to your front door!

Bottom line,  if you must venture off with your twins or triplets.  Find a family member or sitter. Not an option? Try to place one baby in a wrap or carrier on your body.  One in the baby carrier set in the grocery cart.  OR, you can place one in a wrap carrier on your body, the other two in a double (side by side) stroller.  Push the stroller with your left hand while pulling the shopping cart with the other. You'll be amazed how quickly you adapt to this.

Should you decide to purchase a side by side stroller, make sure it is comfortable for you to manuever corners with. The side by side stroller with one bar in the back is best for maneuverability.

Shop at a grocery store you are familiar with so you can get in, and get out.  Always bend at the knee when picking up items.  Don't be afraid to ask the manager if they could open up a register if the babies become restless.  Always use the bacteria wipes usually located at the front of the grocery store to clean the cart.  Make sure you get a good grocery cart without broken or bent wheels. If you use a baby carrier built into the cart. Check belts, latches, and durability for any loose parts. Take the time for safety and make sure your babies are properly secured and have been fed.  You'll have an hour to get in and out before next feeding time. This needs to include travel time. Loading and unloading. Have your list and coupons ready.

If you live in Southern California (Los Angeles, San Diego), or Las Vegas Nevada you are in LUCK - here's why!

It is quite the workout to visit the grocery store with children.  Any parent that has done this with three or more children in tote understand what we are talking about.  The "I wants..." at checkout.  Feeding times to juggle. Infants crying, toddlers wanting to run the isles, items thrown in your cart, and no room for food.  No fun when Mom or Dad is tired.

Certainly if you can find someone to run the errand for you that would be a huge help. You might want to trade off with your spouse and send them to the store with a list.  Wouldn't it be nice to have food delivered right to your door?  Quality groceries, fresh produce, and meat delivered to your home.  Our affiliate partners target busy families and individuals short on time.  A great way to do the weekly grocery shopping for formula, diapers, milk, bread, and more!  The delivery areas may change so you will need to check with them periodically.

Think of the gas, time, and energy you will save yourself.
